AndyLoos goes Glamping at Camp Kerala

When you think about festival toilets you’ll be excused for not thinking luxurious en-suite toilets, lavish bathrooms and sumptuous spa facilities – unless of course you’re lucky enough to stay at Camp Kerala, just down the road from Glastonbury Festival.

The company, the UK’s portable toilet expert, has fitted en-suite toilet facilities from its Alvac range into a number of the five-star Bedouin glamping tents. The Alvac toilets work on exactly the same principle as those on passenger aircraft, which don’t require chemicals and only a minimum amount of water is needed per flush, so they are eco-friendly too.
And as style and finish is of optimum importance at Camp Kerala, are finished in classic oak to complement the naturally stylish décor of the tents.
The guests in the remaining tents, and their guests, have full use of the fully serviced ladies or gentleman’s lavish, custom-built bathroom facilities, fully plumbed into the site providing instant hot and cold running water. The modular systems also incorporate the Alvac toilets, and are complemented by state of the art glass washbasins and bespoke vanity units designed to fit specifically into the dimensions of the bedouin bathrooms.
AndyLoos has also provided Camp Kerala guests with the ultimate festival luxury item – a shower! The company uses the very latest technology to enable them to position their luxurious shower units in the most out of reach places – all that is required is a single phase electrical connection, fresh water supply and grey water drainage.
Both the bathroom and shower blocks come complete with an AndyLoos assistant to service the demands of Camp Kerala guests 24 hours a day, throughout the festival.
