Construction Sites/Long-Term Hire

We supply various toilet and shower facilities for long-term hire. These extended contracts generally include regular servicing, cleaning, and re-stocking with chemicals.

With long-term hire, the minimum contract period is 2 weeks.

Long-term hire is ideal for building & construction sites, rural churches, nature reserves, local authorities, farms & horticultural nurseries, schools with remote playing fields, riding centres, football & sporting clubs, rural car parks, & outdoor pursuits (paintballing etc).

 

Standard unit

Equipped with recirculating, flushing tank, hand sanitizer, and jumbo toilet roll. The walls are strong enough to withstand impact but flexible enough to avoid cracking and splitting.

 

Standard toilet unit with disabled access

Flat floor access - a polyethylene extrusion floor provides maximum rigidity. There are full-width handrail assemblies, reinforcing all three walls and all four corners. Generous proportions provide ample wheelchair turning space, as well as accommodating an additional adult where appropriate.

 

Hot wash toilet with forearm basin

Standard units can be supplied fitted with a matching compact basin, as illustrated.

This unit only requires an electrical supply to provide hot water to users. Permanent connection to an incoming water supply is not required. The reservoir is easily rechargeable with fresh water. Available as 110V or 230V to suit site requirements.

 

Cold wash toilet with forearm basin

            Standard units can be supplied fitted with a matching compact basin, as illustrated.

 Mains toilet unit

 Portable toilet units are available as mains WC. The unit is supplied ready for mains connnection. Discharge via 4" pipe, water inlet through 15mm push fit connection.

Instantaneous hot water is available on demand if required. The unit comes complete with a forearm basin and automatic water shut off after 20 seconds. An electrical supply is required. 

 

Squat tank unit

 This tank is also known as the Asian Tank.

It has a large capacity 341 litre toilet fixed within a standard unit. Suitable for many areas of use, it will cope with a high demand. It requires the minimum of servicing, as it has no moving parts. The unit is very mobile and ideal for use on farms and at other commercial locations with high labour numbers. The rigid construction makes it strong enough to stand on. It is available with an anti-bacterial gel dispenser.
